Hallo! Ek is Lené Pienaar.

Ek is ’n dogter, vrou en ma van twee seuns! Ek is ook ’n Suid-Afrikaanse kunstenaar wat op die oomblik in die mooie Stellenbosch woon.

Die eenvoud en prag van die Skepping laat my in verwondering. Die stil wonders van die natuur roer my en kuns is die maklikste manier vir my om reageer!

My hoop is dat die ligte, vrye kwas-hale in my semi-abstrakte werke in aardse groentone en sagte kleurskakerings jou sal uitnooi na 'n plek van rus. ’n Plek waar jy kan asemhaal, ’n plek van vreugde en vrede!

I am a daughter, wife and mom of two boys! I am also a South African artist based in Stellenbosch.

The simplicity and splendour of creation, leaves me in awe. I am moved by nature’s quiet miracles and art is just the easiest way for me to respond! I love the lightness and freedom of semi-abstract landscapes and florals. My hope is that these works invite you into a place of rest. A place where you can breathe, a place where you can delight!

Like the golden glow of the late-afternoon, loose brushstrokes carry humility - radiating light and freedom. Working in earthy greens and gentle hints of colour, I paint as a response to the beauty we so generously receive.
