Sychar: An Invitation to the Deep brings together art, poetry, Scripture and stories in a coffee-table book exploring thirst, longing and the living water of Christ.
It gathers the stories and Scriptures I sought to express through brushstrokes where words start to fail. Each artwork is presented in full on its own page, alongside the reflection and story behind it.
An invitation to pause, linger over the paintings and reflect on the truths that inspired them.

This collection was my response to an encounter, to the great invitation, to Truth. These truths are not just for me; they’re not only for the person who will own these pieces one day. These truths are free for everyone, for his bride. Allow it to wash over you, so that you can respond, in whatever way you must.
This is an art collection for the ones,
an invitation for
the thirsty,
the hungry,
the yearning,
the longing,
the ones crying out,
the ones seeing the promises far off.
